I’ve lived in NYC my entire 30+ years of living and I’ll be the first one to admit that I’ve never been to the Hamptons. I’ve always wanted to “summer” there, or go on a quick weekend getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, but I’ve never made the effort to actually venture there. Well this summer changed all that when I was invited by a beauty blogger pal to the annual Women’s Health Magazine soiree.
Attendees took a jitney to the Hamptons where we were escorted to a swanky private beach house with a stunning view. The beach set up reminded me of the Hampton’s famous “white parties” where all guests had to wear the color white or be turned away.
The Women’s Health Magazine event was also a time to give back to charity. Guests were able to bid in a silent auction and learn more about the FEED foundation which raises money to fight world hunger.
After dancing the night away with my blogger pals below and sipping on bubbly inside the beach house, the Women’s Health Magazine staff ushered guests outside to participate in the best ending to wrap up a summer night–a bonfire with smore’s.
Thank you to Women’s Health Magazine for hosting one of the best end of the summer parties I’ve ever attended!
